WHAT are they?

What can be done depending on the modality?

  • Housing improvements: adequate roof and cover, structural stability, replacement or repair of electrical and plumbing networks, adequate kitchens, finishing of floors that are in poor condition, bathrooms,

  • Construction on own site: construction of new housing on own lot. Replacement of housing in poor condition on own lot.

Family income less than 4 times the minimum wage. For 2024, this corresponds to $5,200,000.

Have savings that can be represented in a programmed savings account and severance pay immobilized for housing

The house to be improved or the lot to be built cannot have a mortgage or lien, unless it is for the purchase of this

Not having received family housing subsidy in the last 10 years
