We empower employees and their families to improve their living conditions or acquire their own homes through workshops to prepare a housing project as part of their life plan. We provide financial education guidelines and knowledge of available mechanisms (subsidies) to create and/or strengthen their assets, as a strategy to strengthen the company's employee wellness program.

Talleres y asesorías empresariales

Empoderamos  a los empleados y a sus familias para que logren mejorar sus condiciones de habitabilidad o adquirir una vivienda propia, a través de talleres de preparación de un proyecto de vivienda dentro de su proyecto de vida, brindando pautas de educación financiera y conocimiento de mecanismos (subsidios) disponibles para crear y/o fortalecer su patrimonio, como una estrategia de fortalecimiento del programa de bienestar laboral que tenga la empresa.

This program consists of 11 workshops with monthly sessions throughout the year, addressing key topics such as life planning, personal and family financial management, subsidies, loans, and asset protection. It also facilitates connecting employees with housing benefits offered by strategic partners, tailored to their specific needs.
