The COMFAMA compensation fund, through Camino a Mi Casa, supports the comprehensive support program that seeks to bring families closer to their goal of owning a new home. It works jointly with DULAZAR to find alternative financial support options for families who are close to receiving their homes.

Our agreement with COMFAMA aims to carry out registration, technical assessments, applications, file reviews to issue eligibility, and conduct site visits to homes that have received improvement and on-site construction subsidies in the municipalities of Antioquia. This has enabled the Corporation to provide various housing solutions to families.

Located in the Farallones neighborhood, it boasts a prime location in the heart of the municipality (on 30th Avenue, close to the Pinta tus Sueños Educational Park and the Marco Tulio Restrepo Municipal Coliseum).
The project will have 56 homes, distributed across three buildings. Blocks 1 and 3 will have five levels, and Block 2 will have four levels.
On Thursday, November 4th, the Ceibas project kicked off construction and the symbolic "planting of dreams" ceremony took place, where the future homeowners planted their dreams in the space that will become their new home. Dulazar was present at the delivery of these homes and supported the project with various vouchers for the beneficiaries, representing part of the amount they must pay to achieve their dream of owning a home.
