An institution partnering with the forgivable lease housing program, which consists of providing families with a home from the Society under a lease and an agreement in which the families accept the commitments established by the Program. Once the lease and agreement are signed, the family will pay the rent set by the Society on a monthly basis for 24 months. At the end of this period, the institution will provide monetary support for the housing payment.

Today, we have an agreement with the Society of Saint Vincent de Paul of MedellÃn that allows us to integrate our Dulazar Families into the social impact programs they offer through their transformational path. In this way, we are able to connect opportunities for renewal, self-promotion, and sustainability through the benefits they provide.
This year we participated in the food program's call for applications, sharing this opportunity with our families.
For this call, we held an awareness-raising event where we shared the program's features and requirements. We supported them throughout their application process, and we hope to have some of our families participate in 2024.
