TU VIVIENDA

It is a program that aims to provide comprehensive guidance to families with incomes up to 4 minimum wages (SMMLV) so they can identify the best housing alternative or solution, whether purchase, improvement, or construction, and that are located in the Department of Antioquia.

The Dulazar Corporation, aware of the housing shortage in the department, wants to promote initiatives that will allow more Antioquian families to fulfill their dream of owning their own homes.

For 61 years, we have helped more than 5,000 families enjoy better living conditions by promoting access to adequate housing.

We want to promote a program in which the family is the protagonist and in which the sum of 4 fundamental aspects is taken into account:

Savings, subsidy, credit, housing.

Saving

To make your dream of owning a home or improving your existing one a reality, you need to have savings, which will complement the subsidy you'll receive. This can take the form of severance pay or planned savings for housing.

Subsidy

There are various housing assistance programs across the country that provide families with financial assistance. These programs can be used to purchase new homes, improve their homes, and build their own homes. These subsidies are provided by entities such as the national, departmental, and municipal governments, as well as family compensation funds.

Credits

To complete the total cost of your home, there are various mortgage options. These loans are necessary and qualify for other subsidies. We'll help you learn about the options available from financial institutions and find the one that best suits your needs.

Es una iniciativa liderada por la Corporación Dulazar, la cual busca realizar un acompañamiento integral a familias para que logren el propósito de tener vivienda, posibilitando rutas de atención, a través de la alianza con instituciones sociales expertas en: Asesoría y acompañamiento para las familias en legalización y titularidad de predios, Programa arrendamientos condonables, Gestión de proyectos VIS, Ejecución de obras civiles, Créditos sociales para vivienda, Apoyo logístico y seguridad alimentaria.
