Compensation funds project the delivery of 60,000 housing subsidies in 2025.

Family compensation funds in Colombia have announced that they will provide approximately 60,000 housing subsidies in 2025 to benefit thousands of families across the country. This initiative represents an investment of nearly 2 billion pesos in Antioquia , with the goal of facilitating access to homeownership for households earning up to four times the current legal minimum wage (SMLV).

Investment and projections in Antioquia

In the case of Comfama , the allocation of more than 2,800 subsidies is estimated, with a budget of 100 billion pesos . The compensation fund has reported that it is working in partnership with local authorities, foundations, private companies, and construction companies to expand the impact of these benefits.

For its part, Comfenalco plans to support 755 families with an investment of more than 28.595 billion pesos , facilitating access to different types of housing subsidies.

Types of subsidies available

The compensation funds have provided different types of subsidies , allowing families to access their own homes under various modalities:
